Found a couple of anvils while browsing Craigslist. I'm not interested in either of them (looking for a 6-8" bench vise). What little research I've done has the pricing pretty much inline with their size. $1.50 a pound for a anvil under 150 pounds and up to $4 for one over 200 pounds. I know the anvil guys are like the vise guys and like pictures so I'll post a pic of each one as well as the link for each.

The big one is a 214 pound Peter Wright listed for $900.

The smaller one is a 100 pound one listed for $150.

i'd love a 300 pound Peter Wright or even a 200 pounder because i've had several of the smaller ones and like their quality. and isn't bigger always better since you are looking for a 150+ pound vise?

BTW nice work on your vise you restored on and posted on the vise thread.
