I have used this box for about two months, so far it has held up good no problems.
Overall the box is compareable to the Snap-on UT22 box. The biggest differnce is the Toptul box is four inches shorter and 4" taller then the Snap-on box (18" vs 22" long and 11"vs 8" hich same width).
You wont likely get a 24" ratchet/breaker bar in eiether box so thats a moot point.
The Toptul box has tray covers that fold open when you open the box which is nice because they dont fall shut. It can be a finger pincher though (especially if your not used to it).
It pretty much hold all the tools I need it to hold, plus some extra room, The fact that the drawer are deeper than the Snap-on one is very nice.
The only thing I have noticed with the Toptul box is there is more side to side wiggle/play than the Snap-on, reason being is the 4" shorter legnth. That being said the snap-on verison has the same amount of wiggle/play. just one of the few flaws with this type of box.
What I mean is the four trays have a limited amount of side to side motion due to the linkage holding them together.
The sheetmetal thickness used seems to be the same as the Snap-on, FWIW .
The retails prices for the boxes is;
Toptul TBAC501 $80 ( shipping was about 15$)
Snap-on UT22 $122
Overall I'd say the box is a great value and comparable to Snap-on. I'm very satisfied with mine.
Note;
My Dad has a S-O UT22 that I used to compare with, however he is using it again and I wasnt able to get side by side comparison pics.
