We’ve heard them called safety yellow; we’ve heard them called OSHA yellow. To me, they are yellow hammers and are available to the Garage Journal forum at 20% off list price. We will be making these hammers to order, and we’ll take orders for yellow hammers through 08/07/2016. The hammers are yellow with black lettering as in the photo. Once the order period has ended, we’ll make and ship the hammers. It will be five-to-seven business days after 08/07 before we ship all orders.

Photos of yellow hammers will not be posted on the website. Use promo code YELLOW on the website to order yellow hammers in all models and receive 20% off list price. If you use the promo code YELLOW on the website, you will receive all yellow hammers. Of course forum members can always send a PM or email to me with special requests.

Thanks everybody, and let me know if you have any questions.

Just ordered seven hammers. Great Deal! Thanks.

Gonna need to clear out a drawer in the tool box.

Well... I definitely need a yellow hammer... However, I need to find a hammer that I don't have to get it in!

Ok, I have a pretty complete set of Trusty-Cook hammers. I don't need any more. Some of mine I've only used once, in fact.

So I'm only going to order three yellow ones.

However, I still see a shipping cost even though I've gone past the $70 threshold. Halp?

---

Update: my fault. The subtotal shows the 10% discount for 3+ hammers, but doesn't include the 20% for the yellow code.

Gah, I've gotta decide on what I'm gonna get... TC needs to continuously expand their product offerings as they offer more colors to help me justify all these hammers.

Forum members that ordered yellow hammers should be receiving a UPS tracking number either today or Monday.

As for the photo, just had to post it. Nobody else makes these babies. Need spindle liners for special applications?

Thanks, and enjoy the weekend everybody.

Do you offer spindle liners in yellow (or any of your other colors)?

Not that I even know what spindle liners are for, just curious.

A spindle liner is reduction tube for a CNC lathe. The spindle liner enables higher RPM and will help hold tolerances. We use our spindle liners in our turning center to manufacture the heads of ball peens (see attachments).

We offer spindle liners in one color, red. We have three lines pouring hammers and one line pouring spindle liners. We can run only one color on the line for spindle liners. A few months back, however, I did have a special request for different colored spindle liners. I got the okay from production, and we jumped into the blue hammer line to pour a couple liners.

For now it's yellow hammers and red spindle liners.
