How to stop flooding under one side of garage door

Over the past few weekends I've been renovating our old wooden garage door, which had rot on the bottom panel and trim. Rain used to flow down our sloped driveway, under the door, and create a 12 foot long puddle.

I removed rotted sections, soaked with anti-rot compound, and Bondo'd the holes. Pulled off the trim and replaced with nice PVC boards, sanded and painted everything, replaced the ragged old flap with a U-shaped seal, and added a rubber threshold. Adjusted the opener so that no daylight was visible between the door and the threshold. I was about to put a bead of caulk between the trim and concrete (that paint you see on the concrete is left from the previous lousy paint job) when it began to rain.

It rained hard for four hours and then I ran out to see how my hard work had paid off. Still flooded! Though a lot improved. As you can see in the photo, it looks like the water is getting in only one corner where the garage door bottom is somehow bent away from the side gasket. The water rushes down the driveway, makes its way through the gap and around the rail and end of the threshold.

Any suggestions? I'm trying to think how I could somehow patch that gap or make a dam with caulk. There's already a short channel drain in front of the garage door. It was full of dirt so I dug down about ten inches until I hit the concrete bottom and sides. No sign of any pipe, though the concrete floor was missing from about half of the drain so a pipe opening might be buried in the compacted dirt.
