Bought a new tool box on Craigslist. Is it good or bad?

It is a Waterloo traxx. I payed 650$ Its 5210 top with 5213 bottom with a side box. It was hardly ever used.

There'll be guys on here that say they could find the same box that the previous owners would pay them to take. But depending on where you're located that doesn't seem bad out of line in my parts. Looks like a nice unit there, enjoy it!!

Waterloo makes a pretty good box. For the price, it seems like a decent purchase.

I like waterloo boxes, ive seen my fairshare over the years and they can hold up well.
I think you havent done bad, clean and give it a polish and post some better pics.

If it's in really good shape, I'd say that's a fair price. In reality, since the transaction is all said and done, as long as you're happy, who cares if it was a deal! All that matters now is if you got what you wanted at a price you feel was reasonable.

You did fine, clean & lube the slides before you load it up.

One is 47.5" W x 16.5" D x 4.2" H;
two are 22.4" W x 16.5" D x 4.2" H;
six are 22.4" W x 16.5" D x 3.1" H;
four are 22.4" W x 16.5" D x 6.4" H

That is a same as the craftsman premium heavy duty 52" sold at Sears for any where between 2K and 1K when on sale. So if it's in good shape then 650 is a good price.

If you break it down on a per piece cost or by storage space you did excellent. Making a similar set-up with the HF42, which many people have, would of run you a couple hundred more and you'd of had less space.
