UPDATE: Not quite as low as last time, but currently $20.75 on 1/6/18.

You can get a foreign-made one for less, but thought this might be a good price for the folks still sticking to made in USA.

Craftsman 18 in. Pipe Wrench, Steel - $19.99 (regular $40.99)

If paying out of pocket (not points), earn some extra points with these current stacking point offers that show up in the cart:

  • Members get 10% in points when you purchase a Craftsman Tools at Sears. Points valid for 90 days. Instore and online
  • QB--Members get 15% in points when you purchase qualifying Tool item at Sears. Points to be awarded the next day and expire in 90 days. INSTORE and ONLINE

Expired: Extra 10% off everything for SYW members on 9/25, so it's $17.99 on Sunday.

(they're an orange color at the stores)

Great deal, by the way, these are essentially the same as Ridgid, manufactured by Western Forge, if I'm not mistaken

I'm tempted to get one (or two...) of these, but I'm wondering if it is actually too large for homeowner use. Any opinions?

I picked up a couple of 10" aluminum Kobalts recently for about $3 each, but would like something larger for when I need the leverage. But 18"?

Totally NOT too big for homeowner work. I just plumbed my shop with 3/4 pipe for gas and bought an18" for that. Made things really easy.

I'd buy two!

FYI, Suprise points work for this. I had $7 off $20. After adding a filler it cames to $14 out the door.

As mentioned, today only is an extra 10% off site-wide, putting this wrench at $17.99.

Also, I show $4.31 back in points on this purchase. Seems like a great deal!

Just sent the wife a text if she is still close to Sears to pick one up. My 14" master mechanic pipe wrench has a crack in the jaw....thank you.

10% additional off expired, still a good deal though, especially if you have points. Strangely though, I don't have any Surprise Points.

It's showing 19.99 for me at checkout.

Happened to me too when I ordered mine at around 11:30 PM. The $17.99 price never showed up. I still ordered it.

When I go to pick it up today I will ask about not receiving the 10% discount. I doubt they will do anything about it, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Yeah, I ordered around 9PM and the 17.99 never showed up. Not too worried about it considering it's still a great price and I got to use $7 in surprise points while earning an additional $8.

Unfortunately, The wife didn't get my text till she was home. So I did the next best thing and ordered it online for store pick up today. I had a few other things to do so it wasn't a special trip. Orange in color and yes, made in the USA.

Thanks OP. Ordered my Stillson, at least that is what I always knew them as because that's what my dad always called them.
$11.45 using points. Darn good deal even without using points.
Would have bought two of them but only one available anywhere close.

Picked up the wrench today. Very nice Stillson.

Only took the guy 1 minute and 21 seconds to bring it out to me after I entered the order number on their computer. Impressive.

Thanks again OP.

Picked one up yesterday, been wanting to get an 18" pipe wrench for a while and didn't want to pony up for a Rigid so this fit's the bill nicely.

These finally popped up available for shipping. Suppose to be here sometime this week, probably made in china now.

If it is Ill be returning it.

Bought some of the new 'china made' 1/2" and 3/8" ratchets. They look pretty nice, be a good ratchet to beat around on. They were cheap, if they arent up to par Ill just return them.

Just ordered both. Really didn't need the 10" but it got me free shipping on the 18". 38.** with tax, shipped for the pair.

The local sears pickup is nice and very close to the Costco I shop. I would still pay a few extra bucks for something to show up at my doorstep.

Did anyone receive the 10" shipped version? Is it the USA version?

My local store only has the 18" and the 14", but I already those sizes. Would like to complete the set with the 10", but only if it is USA.

All three are USA at my nearest store, and I would not be surprised if a store is responsible for shipping your order.

Too bad the price has gone up a little, though.

Ordered another 18" (already had one) and two 10" wrenches. Wish the 14" would go on sale so I could order two of those!

Got the 18" and 10" in yesterday. Nice and orange and made in USA. Already put the 18" to use! Very nice pipe wrenches.

Hopefully the 14" goes on sale soon!
