I haven't. chcked my model number or whether there is an exact physical replacement available now but my switch went too and I could not get an exact match so I went with one that was a little larger but would comfortably fit in the available space and had a high enough rating. A little filing and I was back in business. This was pre internet. Today I think I might find one with the same cutout dimensions. If not, do what I did.
