Richard, I don't think they have been invented yet! Must be a prototype:bounce:

Actually never seen one before, but it sure looks cool. Just get it?

My Dad had it for years,he bought it at a garage sale maybe 20 yrs. ago.
I tried to use it to thaw out my water line in the well house a few years ago.I guess the o-rings are shot because ,when I lit the torch, the WHOLE thing became a fireball.Didn't take to long to get it away from ME!!!!!
I thought it was just a really "cool" torch and wanted to see if anyone knew about it.

I started working in the family hardware store in the late 50's. we carried Bernz and they made some odd stuff, but I never saw this one. Anyone remember the Oxy propane setup with the "pellets" ? that one realy sucked!

I picked one of these up at an auction yesterday, virtually new in box, and it included another torch, with "ERNIE BERNZ, PAT'D.. etc etc" on it. Pretty nifty looking. Not sure how rare they are. Thought I'd share my pictures:

Ok that is awesome, and also shows you when products used to be made to be the best they can be. Now days they try to sell you as much as they can and quantity over quality. So much better when companies cared about their reputation and producing the best possible products.
