The 'J.H. Williams & Co' makes sense. It's the logo that's odd and unique, as far as I know. As you can see, not the typical < W >, but very clearly a < W & B >. I have never seen this before. I plan to go through all the pre-war Williams cats on The Tools Archive when I can, but in the meantime, if anyone knows anything about it, please let me know.
