I have the TP Tools cabinet and nearly $30 for a pack of five nozzles is a bit high and the $10 for shipping is too much. Anybody have an alternate supplier for these?

As far as I know, the only cheaper blast nozzles would be made in your own shop (or maybe a buddy's shop).

Just turn a bunch of nozzles and orifices from low carbon steel. They are a quick and simple lathe project. Case harden them and you're all set. They won't last as long as ceramic, but a few dollars worth of steel will make a bunch of nozzles.

Harbor freight has nozzles for their sandblasters at a decent price. Only thing is, they may or may not fit your holder. It doesn't hurt to check them out though, maybe they have something you can use.

I could also grind my own wheat into flour to make bread to have a sandwich but I don't have a mill or want to bake just for a sandwich.:D

tungsten carbide, one last as many of 30 ceramic nozzles. Someone on fleebay makes them to fit the tp gun. 29bucks I believe. Or 50 from TP.

got a link? I'll need to replace my carbide nozzle eventually... :)

I'd suggest some searching. There are boron carbide nozzles of all sorts of sizes for cheap on eBay too. They are supposed to outlast the tungsten.
