This will be long. Sorry. Last Nov we moved to a house that had a Mother-In-Law quarters because my mother is getting to the point where she needs to be around family. We found a suitable house with MIL suite but no garage. Just a 2-car carport. I enclosed the carport to make a wood shop, and then came out perpendicular to the carport with a 25' x 51' garage designed to hold 4 cars, tractor, trailer, etc. it is under roof and ready for electrical, insulation, and drywall. We had garage doors installed on 3 bays. The 4th started out as a lean -to type bay but evolved to have walls so I found some old barn doors, modified to fix, sealed and hung. (A friend of my Dad gave them to me to get rid of them.)
