GIVEAWAY HAS NOW ENDED
Thanks for taking part, GJ. Huge response, wow. People want to Nano and MAX stuff I suppose!

Winners below:

1823 M6erfan
40SLMAX SMKS
40SLMAX kelpaso1
Nano Sockets rockinacummins
Nano Sockets stevec5
Nano Sockets Fedwrench
Nano Sockets Burgerkong

As promised, we're doing a giveaway on the new 40SLMAX.
Vs the 40SL, the MAX has a 3,250mAh battery compared to 2,200mAh, 450lumens from 410 and a hanging hook instead of a hoop. Plus the super essential Astro blue color adjuster ring to show off to everyone that you have the primo model:pimpflash

I'm also adding to the giveaway our other new Max model which is the brand new 1823 Nano MAX. The same Nano impact design you know and love but about 0.95" longer and 625ft/lbs. We're also tossing in our new Nano impact sockets that pair well with our impacts for tight spaces. 0.88" long on the 3/8" and 1.10" on the 1/2".

Both of the Max's represent changes to existing products that were by popular demand, and GJ represents one of the main places we hear about this demand. So thanks as always, GJ.

We'll be giving away:
1 x Nano Max
2 X 40SLMAX
4 x Nano Socket sets (your pick between SAE/Metric, 3/8" or 1/2". I'll ask your selection when I notify you about winning)

Who can win: Any GJ member with an address in USA or Canada
How do you win: Answer the question: "Where do you buy your tools?" by posting in this thread by the deadline. Winners will be chosen at random.
What do you win: I will let you know which tools from above you have won in a PM
When is this over? Sunday 9/3 @ midnight PST

I follow the hot deals thread here and buy from whatever vendor is offering a sale or a promo.

If I need something immediately I go to Home Depot or Loews.

Where do you buy your tools?

Mostly tool truck
But, as I read more on GJ I am finding other options for better quality and modest prices. I'm not a guy for chasing sales (false economy) but I like to support smaller American companies, they have been hard to find and evaluate until I found this place.

Wow! Very nice giveaway.

Also I didn't even know you made Nano impact sockets. Buying a set of metrics right now. They would have been a hero last weekend trying to swap a CKP sensor on an Oldsmobile. I ended up using a stubby 13mm flex head ratcheting wrench on half engagement over like 15 minutes to slowly remove and then retighten a bolt in a horrendous location.

Any way I could buy an extra socket rail like the nanos come on? I don't see them available on Amazon. Looks like a nice rail and also I'd like to be able to mount my current 3/8" shallow impact socket set on that same rail to show the difference in height for a video. I'd just grab the 1/2" set but the ship date from Amazon is 2 months out and sold by "Factory Retail Outlet" so fulfillment on those looks to be a bit... weird.

I guess it goes without saying, I buy most of my tools from Amazon. Also Home Depot, and Menards.

Thanks for the giveaway, Chris.

These days I do most of my buying on the Snap On truck, with some Amazon, and a very small amount on Zoro and individual manufacturer websites.

Truthfully, most of my tools are either Harbor Freight or CraigsList.

Some are Amazon and garage sales too.

Also Home Depot and Lowes.

Haven't been in Sears in a long time.

I buy my new tools online from a variety of sources, the most recent was ToolTopia. For the majority of my tools, I buy them, used - from other tool crazy people.

thanks

More and more I just buy from amazon. They almost always have the lowest price now (either them or a 3rd party seller).
