S.R. Sockets ?

Does anyone have any information about S.R. Tools? I am not sure what SR stands for, but I just got a few sockets in a large lot at auction that only have S.R. printed with a square around it and the socket size. Look like they might be from around the '50s maybe? I will try and snap some pictures
