I can provide some feedback on this company. I am not an employee, I haven't ever been an employee. But, I
am a customer of theirs over many years. I used to drive by their store every day on the way to/from work, they're located west of Ft. Lauderdale FL.
One of the principals of the business was Louie Wild, who ran Wild Electric in Hollywood FL. Louie sold top-notch tools, including woodworking floor tools, and had a repair business. He was 'unusual' in that he didn't air-condition his store, so if you went in there in August, be prepared to sweat. Florida in the summer is often 90% humidity.
Louie was offered a chance to join International Tool, and he did. Louie knew a lot about what he sold, and he was an astute businessman. I bought my first cordless DeWalt tool from Louie while he was still in Hollywood FL.
Their catalog is worth perusing. They sell a lot to the international trade, and to yacht repair businesses, and to the marine industry, which has some yacht manufacturers within 5 miles of the store. They order multiples of things, because when you're out in the ocean, Amazon isn't gonna deliver.
I'm sorry to say, that International Tool used to operate a toor repair facility at their Davie FL store, but no-more. Last time I went there, Rudy, who worked the counter a long time, was at the sales desk, and the pull-down was in-place at the repair desk/shop. Rudy said they decided to close the in-store shop. They still repair tools, but they send them out. I used to take a look at the floor merchandise and the used tool section, you could get some decent deals. I expect that since they aren't going to be repairing tools in-house, they won't have much for used/repaired tools sales any-more.
Louie is dead and gone, but his picture looks-down over the sales counter, and the company continues. As I recall they have Fein and Metabo, Milwaukee, Porter-Cable, DeWalt, Skil, Jet, and many others. Check-out the catalog. Here's their location:

Bottom-line, I've never not gotten anything but good service from them. They are a volume dealer of small and large power tools. I will continue to buy at the store, and I suggest you should be able to use their business without reservation.
