I enjoy a good story that has a beginning, a middle and an ending and this story has none of that. As a matter of fact I am stumped but I have contacted several members from the GJ and the GG asking for help, so stay tuned maybe just maybe we can figure out this little mystery together.

On the GG side of things they think it might be some kind of Government contract (see the following link):

GJ member Twertsy found a mention of a possible Farm Company but that was a dead end for me.

One good thing that came out of all of this and only adds to the mystery was in the fact that by pure luck I managed to pick up two of the same looking screwdrivers.

First off not to confuse anyone ***I HAD TO ADD WHITE PAINT TO THE J&H LETTERS IN ORDER TO GET THE CAMERA PICTURE, so do not jump to any conclusions. The Irwin did come in white letters; for the most part these two are very similar in apperaence.

Did Irwin make the screwdriver for J&H, I do not know? Some Kind of Government contract I do not know the answer?

I would like very much to thank everyone for all their help and who knows maybe we can one day figure it all out.

And I'll clarify a bit........I found a mention about "J&H Farm Tractors" so it seems plausible to me that Irwin (or somebody) made tools for a tractor kit.
