Can anyone help with identifying the trolley? I have no other info but looks to be 30's?

Yes, early hydraulic power tools for frame and body repair work. As for restoring, that depends. The cart is highly desirable by Blackhawk collectors, with or without the rams and such, just for it being a cool roller to have around a vintage shop. Ideally, with the badges present. Without badges, less desirable. If you're not really a Blackhawk nut, I'm not sure it's worth it. And if I was going to flip it, I wouldn't touch it, either.

ok thanks, I have a full chassis rack and porta power hydraulics so it might be handy :)
