I've had this light for a long time, but now it broke and is no longer made. Has anyone found a good replacement that's as good and as bright???

This is what I had and it's no longer made, curious if anyone else had this one and replaced it:

I've seen a few others, but don't know if anyone here has tried or has any suggestions.

I bought the Feit light. Very happy with it. It’s made out of plastic but makes it easier to put up.Its only been up for 4 months or so.time will tell on how it lasts.
Much brighter than the old mercury light it replaced.

What you had was a low powered psuedo-flood light. It looks like your old fixture was aim-able. None of these three are.
Of the three you listed, the Feit is more for overhead lighting of a small yard area, like the entrance to a barn. It needs to be mounted high enough to allow the light to spread out in a 360 degree area.
The other two are wall mounts, also for generally lighting up small or medium sized areas.
Of the two wall packs, the Hyperikon is far better in every aspect except one. It doesn't have a photocell. You can easily add one, though, if you're handy enough.
Of those 3 choices, get the Hyperikon...and get the free shield that comes with it.
There are tons of floodlights available that would be more like the light you had and will be aim-able.
Good luck,
CD

Thanks so much for the reply. Yea, the old one you could aim down. Here’s where it's going and here is old light. Have you ever seen the one had lit up? I like the look of the Feit, and just wonder if it will cover all the concrete.

I've used plenty of Lights of America lights. When they discontinued the fluorescent street light I bought a bunch on clearance for $15 each. I have been running half a dozen of them for many years now. My experience with LOA is if it works out of the box it will work for many years. Once in a while one won't work out of the box.

How far is that?
You should look at the mounting arm of the Feit to see if you can even use it. Normally those are mounted on some kind of arm that extends from the wall.
The light from that is going to go mostly down and out. It wont get out as far as your flood light. The wallpacks will cast farther, but they are also pretty wide, and so they might not cast as far as a flood light either. They're brighter for sure, but just wont push out the light as far.
If you're amazon shopping, search for LED flood light.

Finally got it up. This thing is AWESOME! It kills the lights of american flood I had before and lights up super bright and it's a very high quality metal housing and nice that the photocell is replaceable. I looked at just about every light and this seems to be the best you can get for the output and quality. Here are some day and night pics.

This light still working good?

Can it be used without the photocell as just an on/off light? Or would you need to leave photocell installed and just cover it up?

It looks like you mounted it without using the pole? Any concerns with the housing strength mounted that way?

I’m thinking of mounting a wall pack or light like this up in one of my eves, but it’s about 30’ up above concrete drive and I’d not want to have to go up and jack with it (replace) often.

Yea! I was just thinking about coming back to post an update. I think this is all you'd need, just one. I love it. With the snow here on the ground it shines even brighter around the yard due the the reflection off the snow :)

Hmm, not sure if the photocell has to be used? I can ask the rep at the company or dig up her email for ya?

Yea, did't use the pole as I wanted some of the light to hit the door. When the door is open, the light back fills and lights up quite a bit inside my door, which I wanted it to. The pole would push that line out more forward, but that's why I didn't use it. It's strong as heck and pole isn't needed if you don't want to use.

Looks like you've mounted a white-ish looking plate / cover to the bottom of the housing where the post would have went. Was that plate included or something you fabbed up?

I love those LED dusk to Dawn lights. We have them everywhere. The one over the big door lights up most of my back lane, property line to a Property line. The rest above the man doors are all also dual brute motion sensed to boot.

Per the question, the photocell need to be installed so the prongs will make connection with the light triggering the light to turn on. If you don't want the dusk to down feature, it's easy, just put the light on with photocell covered with black tape.

Nope it came with that plate. No issue.
