Everyone beware, you can only use the coupon once. I made the mistake of checking out then went back to order a few other items from a different vendor and could not use the coupon again.

Have 31 items in cart. At check out it breaks it down to 21 items saying making it easier for me bs. Don't see where to put the coupon. Just confirm and pay button. Coupon says one time use and on one total transaction. Anybody have the same problem? ideas?

I think you should see the coupon code button when you select paypal as your payment method. I believe using paypal is always required to use these eBay promos.

When you checkout (in the app at least), you should see a line where it says
Gift cards, coupons, eBay bucks just under the payment options line, the coupon goes there.
I don't have PayPal, I just used a credit card for my purchase.

I've had a similar problem in the past where each time I get to the cart a different few items are missing. I ended up buying just the big ticket stuff .. it was very frustrating.

I have the ebay app too but same thing. No coupon field. It's not my first rodeo with coupons...hence the 31 items in the cart. Been collecting it waiting for these coupons. I'm in a bad cell signal area. Got ebay to call me but we couldn't talk and it disconnected. Wish they have an online chat. I want to spend some money dammit!

Ebates is category specific. 8% is only for DVD/Movies categories. 3% in ebay motors though which is decent compared to the normal 1%.

Historically... I have done a second and/or third check out as a "guest checkout" and used my credit card to pay.

Just missed it too. Didn't read the fine print and assumed it was good for an entire day. Wish eBay would realize that some of us are still at work in later time zones when a coupon expires at 7pm CST.

they are usally PST expirations, but ebay vacuums as a whole to me anymore.

Placed my order not realizing it was over my PayPal credit limit, and instead of asking me what to pay for, it went through with the order and kicked out the one item I did want, and went through with the transaction on the other two items. I'd rather have my $80 savings on the $400 sawzall kit I was looking at, and not the $15 impact adapter I'd be willing to not save $3 on another time. Hold time to talk to customer hell, oh no estimate.

Any company that can regularly have 10+ minute hold times ought to be required to give an estimated time. Plenty of smaller companies seem to implement pretty easily, but eTurds seems to enjoy the suspense/frustration it creates. Happy to leave my phone on speaker & hold (ok, maybe not happy), if I have some inkling of when some being on the other side of the earth is going to pick up.

You aren't looking hard enough. They have both an estimate of hold time if you call and an estimate of time if you request a call from them. I always have them call me , no more waiting on hold.

Wasn't an available option when I was looking. I usually go that route. I was looking on my phone & only gave a call us option, saying the other was unavailable. Of course I check upon your suggestion, and it is available (on my PC though), request sent. 42 minutes

Still the line I was holding on did not give an estimate, just the next available representative. Nothing preventing them from giving one, only providing a poorer customer experience.

I ended up pulling the trigger on a Miller Syncrowave 210. Using befrugral (1.5% cashback), the $100 off and the $300 miller build with blue rebate it came in at $2,396 shipped to my door. I figure it'll be a great placeholder until I can figure out what I actually want and afford it.
