It is supposed to create a no-stick surface, I coated my mower deck with some a couple of years ago and it worked ok. Not good enough to rush out for $1 cans though.Does this act like paint? I have no experience with it.

Supposedly very effective for creating a barrier to Small Hive Beetles getting into beehives. DIY beekeepers may find this a Hot Deal.
