This is a Reed 406 R vise with the swivel base and swivel rear jaw. The vise has been blasted and primed and painted. All bare metal has been refinished in a "mate" type finish. I did not want it polished bright.
All original parts are still with the vise. Nothing was broken or welded or has any cracks. I did use a little bondo to fill some of the deeper poc marks and other deeper scars. The jaws are in very good condition. The slide does have some chipped spots and dings marks on the top. Looks like it has been hammered on but not very badly.
This weights 164lbs!
I have no way to ship this at this time so local pickup only. I will be happy to work with you on pickup arrangements or if you wish to arrange shipping. I am opened to ideas to help you out.
