NO NEED TO RESPOND, SITUATION APPEARS TO BE RESOLVED
Maybe someone here can point me in the right direction.
Ordered a Stahlwille wrench set 11/24/18, item showed paid and shipped. Tracking shows the item clearing customs once, then clearing customs again a few days later. 12/3 the package is "tendered to local postal carrier for delivery". 12/4 it is tendered to local carrier again, then 12/5 it says "A carrier delay has occurred, delivery may be delayed".
OK fair enough I thought, USPS is probably pretty backed up at Christmas. Time to exercise my patience. It's not a gift to anyone but myself.....
At this point it is right at a month since the order, almost 3 weeks since package was tendered to local carrier, and no package.
How do I get Amazon.de to find it, or send out a new one? The site only gives me the opportunity to cancel or return orders. Can't return what I don't have, and I'd rather not cancel since it was a smokin' good deal.
Any expertise?
