Season 6 just hit Netflix. In episode 2 I immediately recognized this as a done-up 40V blower.

Reminds me of Hans Solo's blaster. It was a Mauser C96 that they put some junk on to make it a blaster.

It's Hollywood. Ever notice how all pistols have the same cocking noise when they are drawn. Even Glocks and other hammer-less and other non manual safety guns .

They should've used a HF Bauer. I mean, if you're gonna paint and alter something voiding its warranty, it might as well be a ****** 90 day warranty instead of a great 3-5 year warranty.

Later in the season, we see something that looks like it was based on Dyson hand vac or similar.

An AdaFruit Circuit Playground board also pops up too...

Heck, Dr. McCoy's hyposprays were just salt shakers.
