Loft-It Storage Lift System - Any Owners?

Already have 4 poster. Looking for another smaller lift for my quad, etc.

Looking at the Loft-It System.

Trying to avoid another four poster or a Bend Pac PL-7. Any owners or those with first hand experience out there?
