Southeast TN 30x40x12 Garage build.

Hi all- I wanted to start a build thread for my garage. I have been lurking on this forum for two years and am about to get a project under way.
Some details:
A hobby garage with focus on automotive (specifically van build projects)
Needs to blend with the house design style.
size 30x40x12' wall height and a 8/12 pitch roof to accommodate an auto lift.
Two roll up doors one 10'x10' and one 12'x12'
one man door.
Post beam style awning off the back for trailers and parts car parking.

I like the garage plan, looks like you put some thought into it. When are you going to get it started.

Thanks guys! I am in contract negotiation right now so hoping to start in the next few weeks.

Its planned to be a stick based construction with electric, natural gas, and sewer from main house. Part of the build will connect the house to City sewer to move us off the old septic system. House is 1949.

I am way overdue to update here!
GC Pulled permits and broke ground.
Three trees cut down and or removed. Earth was moved and shale brought in and compacted to make a good pad.
