This is 30x40 with 10' walls. I'm working on the inside now and will post pics as I go. The door on the side is for my two Polaris Rangers.

Thats a nice building and a reasonable cost too. I must have led a sheltered life. I never saw a pole barn until I came here.

Thanks for the nice comments guys! Pole barns are very popular in Michigan. A little tougher to finish, but low maintenance when completed.

Still a lot of work to do...

I have to add a second shelf to part of my bench and install doors. Also need to put up my white pole barn steel ceiling and hang my garage heater. Funny thing it's my wife who gets to park inside while I'm working on it? The pic of the bikes was for you Bruce.

Very nice. That's actually almost *exactly* how mine was originally supposed to be (size & layout) except with a 16' door and 15' walls. Ended up changing build sites due to zoning, so I spun the building on the new site, spun the roof, put both doors on the same wall, and bumped to 32'. Very interested in following your finish work on the inside...ran outta cash, so I'll be finishing mine little by little as time & money allow.

They are aluminum insulated 10x8 doors and the color on the walls is an off-white.

Gary,
Very nice job!
Are the trusses set 4' on center?
Why the double stacked ledger boards on the outside?
Seems everyone is now insulating or laying some type foam under metal roofs. Do you have any issues with the metal roof being uninsulated?

Thanks
Paul

Paul,

I hired the exterior build, so I'm not sure what you mean by double stacked ledger boards on the outside. I have foam under the roof metal and 20" of blown in fiberglass in the attic and a white metal ceiling.

Love the metal ceiling! Great for reflecting a lot of light. Would have not thought of doing that. Great looking garage. Keep them pics coming.
