I have this Western Auto, model number 45-4889-7, 3 drawer tool box and judging by the construction it is a Waterloo. I think it was made between 1975-81ish by the Western Auto logo, I know Waterloo marked their boxes in the left corner, but I have yet to find it. I am going to repaint it but I need help with the color it's kind of a greyish green color for the body and lighter than craftsman red drawers. Any recommendations on the spray paint color I should use?

I wish I could help with exactly what to use, but I'm sure someone on the GJ has restored a Western Auto tool box.

I've done a few Craftsman rollers and chests, and I used Sunrise Red in Rustoleum brand for the Drawers. You might try to see if there is a close match on the Rustoleum website.

Thanks! I found some paint that looks pretty close, online anyway, probably will get some in a few days.
