Good evening.
Got this set on a yard sale (posted in sales thread among other tools I got). Appears to be barely (or very carefully used)

It has a stamp 451719 in the right lower corner of the plastic insert
Below is 5-76-0 (I assume may 1976 date)
Sockets are (left to right) 3/16, 7/32, 1/4, 9/32, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 One is missing
Extension 40961
Green Handle 40954
Ratchet 40970

Three questions:
1. What am I missing in the socket part? Is it a socket or a swivel? Probably a socket. The missing spot is prior to 7/16 left to right. 7/16 appears to be a little big for that spot (though black insert is broken)
… noticed that one of the sockets was replaced by 7/16 socket for 3/8 drive now while cleaning
Is it a 11/32 socket? (No idea what to use that size for)...

2. Is there a source of inserts to replace it (I doubt SK warranties something this old)

3. Did I place everything correctly in the box? (closes well, but a little tight

And PS - please add a picture of your set if you have this set

Thank you

Nice set sir.

11/32" would be the missing socket.

I don't know about replacement trays but I know the company has changed hands since that was made.

The date I don't think would be correct as this would be post dresser era judging by the stamp and I think the dresser era ran into the 80s. Not 100% on that.

Nice set.

Looking for a Plomb 3061 Pebble Open End.

Missing 11/32nds socket ?

I believe Ganymede and Roy are correct. Usually in S-K sets the 11/32” socket sits between the 3/8” and 5/16”. My set includes deep sockets but the layout of the plastic liner is fairly close. It wouldn’t hurt to inquire about the liner with S-K customer service. I have found them to be very accommodating.

My knowledge is a little sketchy on post-Dresser SK. But I seem to recall that the S-dot-K inside the diamond started during the Facom era, bringing back the S-K diamond on the box badges but not on the tools themselves. I think this case logo remained through the management-owned era through the current Ideal. If that's the case, then you might have to go on other details like when the metal boxes went to blow-mold plastic and/or when the clear green handles were discontinued. Again, I'm not sure. There should be others who know more specifics.

Thank you, gentlemen! I greatly appreciate it.
I went through my random sockets and found a 11/32 SK-Wayne socket. It is a little different, but will complete the set for now till I bump into 11/32 which will be identical to the set.
The first picture is the sockets with SK Wayne on the right. The second is a complete set.
Don, thank you for the advise. I will e-mail SK customer service. May be I will get lucky.
Great set: it has an addition of deep sockets!
