Harbor Freight Sand Blast Cabinet

I need suggestions if anyone has this Harbor Freight Sand Blast Cabinet.

I just cannot get it to work. I have the compressor....set at 100-110psi.
I have tried different sand.
I have tried all the nozzle tips provided with the cabinet.

Seems the hand held gun is just not sucking the sand up through the tube?
What am I missing?

Please help.

Take out the hose and nozzle run air through it and see if there is suction at the pickup end.

Your draw tube is plugged or has a hole in it

I have also had those draw tubes get hairline cracks in them and not **** the sand thru the tube.

Try the 6mm ceramic tip that comes with the gun. Turn your pressure down to 60psi with the trigger open. With a glove on your hand hold your finger over the tip covering the hole and hit the trigger until the air is coming up through the media backfeeding any blockages

Make sure your media is not over the top of your siphon tube, that is a vent for fresh air. If you can't get air going back through the pickup tube while your hand is over the nozzle you may have to dismantle & manually clean gun/pickup tube.

Make sure your media is dry & you ran it through a screen prior to using. If you do all of this and it still isn't working/or working well then I would modify your pickup tube

Take the gun and siphon tube and toss them in the trash then go to tptools.com and order their import cabinet gun upgrade setup.
