one looks like a spoke wrench, one resembles a bicycle tire iron.:headscrat

It's a points alignment set. Used to align ignition points and voltage regulator contacts (the old relay style not the solid state variety). Originally it was four pieces in a plastic pouch. The flat T shaped was not part of the set. I bought one new and still have the pouch as well as all the pieces.

I can post some pics but it might be tomorrow before I can take and post them.

There is a three piece set listed in the 71 catalog but the Collecting Snap on site has no catalogs that are newer. I could kick myself because not only did I have catalogs from the 70's and 80's I had the price lists. Had is the operative word.

If I recall correctly I bought the set off the truck in 73 or 74. I will check to see if there is a date code.

Here is a scan from the 1950 catalog, with a tk426 instead of tk428. List price $3.90

I checked my '73 catalog it doesn't have it. Sounds like it had a pretty good run though.

The flat tool has a D-shaped hole for the spring posts in the Holley Loadamatic distributors used by Ford from 1949 through about 1956. Other stuff is pretty nearly universal for points in distributors and regulators. A BUNCH of these sets in plastic pouches turned up at car shows just a few years ago, presumably ressurected from some darl corner of a forgotten warehouse aisle.
