Craftsman 1/2HP BenchGrinder Capacitor question

So I went to an estate sale with a gentleman who loves to buy tools, and recently posted a thread about his finds. I purchased an old craftsman 1/2hp bench grinder also along with some other odds and ends. We plugged in the grinder to test it and its a monster. I can can easily stop my supposed 1/2 hp HF grinder with a piece of metal. I tried the same on this one and it just keep spinning, the wheel taking the brunt of the force. Anyways, the cord was garbage. So I opened it up to replace it, and found most of the wires losing their coating. To not cause further problems I was able to save most of then and cover the wires with heat shrink. I then went to unsolder the Capacitor to replace those wires and the tab broke off. Anyone know what size this was? It has no farad markings on it. Also anyone know a date on this thing?

It's right on the capacitor: 70 - 95 MFD. Link

I thought that was the manufacture date of the cap, 9-5-70

not having any luck with that number

thanks, so the 95 doesn't mean anything, I'm not to familiar with capacitors

The cap is 70-95MFD 125VAC

Capacitors are much smaller nowadays due to improved materials. A Grainger #2MDN9 at $5 will probably work.
