i have a good pair of klein 10" linemans pliers ill trade for the SK ratchet they have no grips though they look like an older pair because they still have the man on the telephone pole logo

ok heres the pics, it says M Klein & Sons chicago USA on the front with a picture of a man on a telephone pole below the name

no markings whatsoever, but it has no grips either, and the cutters are not burnt at all from wires as you can see

do you have a closer up pic of the ratchet?
