thats all the info on the tool. my guess it is something for refrigiration due to there ties with t.a.c.? seeing the one end is hook spanner--i could see that maybe being used in an industrial setting. but no clue why the point? maybe a reamer of sorts?

anyone have an ideal, as i dont know.

That little gem is for removing the 'C' clips that retain U-Joints in the drive shaft, at least on all MOPARS.
