Saw this in Pep Boys and thought Bolster might like to try it.
After you jack the load up, you can lock it in place.

Seems like you could modify your existing jack to do the same thing. Drill a hole and find a thick, sturdy bar.

It wasn't even Torin brand. Can't remember the name, some other off-brand

Pretty cool would make a nice undercar transjack

If you mean transmission jack, it's also supposed to serve that purpose.
It's called the "triple jack" because it replaces a regular car jack, ATV jack, and transmission jack.
(that's the claim anyway)
