I got ahold of one of them huge new Snapon gas grills and threw it up on ebay. Anyone interested in bidding or just wants to check out what one of these mosters potentially sells for should check it out. The item # 270628550561 I got some good pictures on there too for anyone who hasn't seen one yet.

Part of me wanted to keep it but there is no way I would ever need a grill this size and I could use the cash to make a lump payment on the box and cut the interest down.

makes me want to run out a HF box and turn it into a grill, lol

Snap-On should have had a good company like weber to make something that nice. It's pretty damn cool no matter who made it.

Gotta purchase an Epiq tool box from the snappy dealer for a limited time only. The one I got list at $10,600 for the 68" without the stainless top. The grill is built by brinkmann out of Canada I believe. They are a pretty big manufacturer of grills from what I hear.

you can still do a second chance offer if the buyer flakes. second highest bid is within $50 of the top bid.

Next time set up buyer requirements on your listing to block low-feedback bidders.

I had to give the winning bidder a chance. He came through in fine fashion. Turned out he was a new member to ebay and had an experienced friend guiding him through the process. The payment was made in full via paypal and he will be picking up the grill next week. Not too bad I guess considering the snappy guy told me that Brinkmann valued the grill at $1500 and that Snapon considers it at $1800 markup due to looking like a tool box. As I look at it I have to keep reminding myself that I really don't need it but, I will never purchase a grill this nice for myself and am giving up my only chance at ever having what truly would be the biggest, baddest grill by most anyones standards. I console myself by comparing it to women...had some fine ones but it's all easy come-easy go. Got a suprise message from Garage Journal tonight too wishing me a happy birthday 9-9-73.

it just so happened that we had 80 mile an hour winds two weeks ago and it messed up my current grill. So once this one comes in it will take its place.
