In trying to find a pouch to replace the plastic package for my terminal cleaning tool set that I had purchased from Snap on, from their RWD catalog, I had called Snap on looking to purchase a KB type of pouch. At the time I had called, I was told that these kit bags were too new to be sold separately, but that the customer service representative would look into when they would be released for separate sale. True to her word, I received a call from Snap on, saying that the part numbers of the bags that I had inquired about would be available for sale by the end of the week.

I AM IMPRESSED that Snap on would not only remember and follow thru, but to do this regarding a kit bag that will probably cost less than $10 proves that Snap on does value its customers, large or small.

I agree 100%.
I had a bunch of screwdrivers with the black handles disintegrating.
The Snap truck did not do anything,,,, so I e-mailed them my problem, they responded and sent me all new ones, with the huge red handles.
I probably will have get used to these new ones,, and I can't fault their customer service.
100% satisfaction here, and I told them so.
Not sure what will happen with the truck dealer,,,,probably nothing, cause I am a weeney customer in his eyes.
