What's your opinion on the Ridgid superclamp?

Got this a couple of days ago and I am thinking about returning it. I dont know if it's really 160.00 worth of help. Aside from time saving over saw horses, are there any benefits you see from having one of these in the shop?

Over here we have a version of that called Triton Superjaws and a bloke I know really rated them highly.

I haven't tried them myself though.

Yea, can buy the Triton Verson http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000O5WRLQ/?tag=atomicindus08-20 for a little less if you return the Ridgid.

For $160, I'd get a Jawhorse on sale over the SuperClamp. It's based off of the Superjaws/superclamp, but seems to feature a few usability and design upgrades.

I would like the RK9000 as it is built better I think and many extras.

I want the Jawhorse but that looks almost like it. I can see many uses for it. I can't make up my ming on the jawhorse or 425 workmate

I have the Jawhorse and also played with the Ridgid version at Home Depot. The Jawhorse is much sturdier and heavier.
For the same price, you can get the Jawhorse with plywood attachment on ebay ($160), shipped free, no tax.

Does the Rigid model have a wheel for moving it like the Jawhorse?

I have a Jawhorse and like it.
