So what did you buy with your 25% off HF coupon today? I went to HF this morning and bought two 100' USA made Goodyear air hoses, a metal air saw, a set of new lights for my trailer project and a set of wrench adapters for sockets.

I used the 25% off coupon for one of the hoses. They were $39.99 before using the 25% off coupon and $29.99 after.

I bought one hose and they cashier let me come back through the line and buy another using a 25% off coupon each time.

I have the air saw and use it all the time. Little low on power but much better than a hacksaw. I just use hacksaw blades cut down, much cheaper than the blades that go in it.

I picked up an earthquake 1/2" impact gun. With the coupon it was only $67.
I need a 1/2" this weekend and have heard these were decent. For the price, I figure I'd give it a shot and if it's ****, at least I'm not out the full price.

....and it gave me an excuse to get out of the house for a little while on Thanksgiving...well worth the $67 bucks

I dont have a HF local and Rarely buy anything but shop towels and gloves there, But i did receive a 25% Coupon in my Email and it said it could be used online so i figured i would do some checking. I Was skimming thru the Online Thanksgiving sales and was astonished by the Rising Prices of there Toolboxes.. No doubt when you compare it to Truck boxes there much cheaper but at $500 and $2K ( 72") Im not so quick to label them as such a great value considering the latest 20% coupon debacle and the flooded Toolbox Market via Classifieds across the country. I fairly certain ive seen that smaller box On sale for $349, and you would think they would offer there best prices during the Black Friday Event. Ok.. Enough Rant, Back to trying to find something worthwhile to spend my 25% coupon.

I Give Up.. I cant find anything big enough to offset the shipping cost even with the 25%. I was gonna buy the 6" Stationary buffer but after reading reviews i decided against it. I do find it amazing that there are Tons of stuff with very poor reviews.. I figured HF would be Deleting those Reviews.. LOL

Not bad at all! How about a report on how well that air saw works when you get the chance?

Its terrible. I have one to keep around just in case and most of the time its more frustrating then the problem that resulted in me needing an air saw.

Once I went through the damn thing and red loc-tited all the screws, then oiled and greaseg the moving parts it was a little better. If you are planning on doing any serious work with it then buy something else.

I have one of those air saws, only because I lost the receipt and oculd not return it.
It really is a pain to use.

I've had no trouble returning tools without receipt. Technically it is against policy but never a problem. :)

Hell.. If they will Exchange tools because they are dirty, I wouldnt think they would have a problem with Broken ones. With the Way things are going, I think Consumers should Enjoy the Prices because it appears HF is catching on to the fact that Consumers are GaGa for there Products and Prices appear to be on the Rise. I know personally everytime ive been in there the Isles are Full.

I think they are starting to price on perceived value not on automatic markup. Plus we've seen very low inflation since the Chinese outsourcing wave began, now that their currency is rising, you are starting to see higher prices on imported goods as well. IMO, buy what you can now because it will start to get really expensive in the future.

I got the 1000 lb hydraulic lift table.
$220 - 25% = $165

It is heavy as hell. Not sure how to get it in and out of the back of the truck (if I ever need to).

They let you use the 25% coupon on top of the 'sale' price? cool!

I lift one end to the tailgate, then lift the rest and roll it in.

Most stores will take Exchanges/Refund on New tools without the Receipt, Unfortunately they will Give you the Lowest price that Tool has been advertised at, which might or might not be the price you Paid. I would Reckon the Previous poster who had problems exchanging a Broken tool without Receipt was a Victim of Poor Customer Service. Maybe you two should exchange store locations...

My air saw has saved me a few times you have to remember its not a 13 amp milwaulkee recip saw and treat it accordingly... I got some free blades from a coworker and I just make sure to keep a sharp blade and use light pressure nd keep it well oiled

I tried to use the 25% coupon online with the Hydraulic Lift table thats on sale and it accepted it. I believe they will no longer accept the coupon with Super Coupon deals Only.

yeah you can use a coupon on top of a sale price, but not 2 coupons together.

I was worried they would consider it a jack and not allow the coupon, but the lady took it. I was prepared to tell them it doesn't say "floor" or "jack" anywhere on the box.

Nope, they just gave me whatever the current price was. Seemed more than fair to me. The OP never mentioned a broken tool in the post I replied to. Not sure if he did in another post. I sure wish the tool truck boys would drop the HF comments snide comments.

Seems Very Fair, Thats not Current practice for any Retailer that i know of. With that said its obvious that HF has Learned to take care of its Customers with some of there Loose business practices from Previous Members stories (double coupons/exchanging tools because there dirty). I went back and Re-read the thread, Did i miss something? "Tool Truck boys" Did something get deleted?

i have been using one of those HF body saws,i am pleasantly suprized at how well it works.

I have one also, the second one works OK,first one cut about 3 inches of Toyota fender before it locked up solid.
Store took it back the next day,but because I had used a coupon to purchase it the first time, and didn't have another, cost me a couple bucks for the exchange.
Kid at the register claimed he couldn't scan a store coupon, and he WAS the manager.
Still bitter over it.....
