Sent in a 4pc carbide burr set (CB4S), they were VERY worn out. Just got a brand spanking new set about a week later....and yes, it's US made!

I know where to buy my bits and burrs now....

(not trying to say other companies don't warranty theirs, it's now I KNOW Mac does)

I had the same too.I sent in a broken 14mm impact deepwell socket in 1/2 drive and got a replacement within two weeks.Did send in a chrome 8mm 6 point shallow socket in 3/8 drive last week,Broke it by hand.Hopefully get a replacement next week or the following week.I had Mac send me a couple ratchet kits for a VR10 and a XR8 ratchet.I did read on the bag the old gears had to be sent back for warranty purposes and I did.

That is impressive. Most tool companys don't warranty these types of things.

My dad has the same set, they still work great.

Tomorrow I'm sending in a 16mm socket and a 3/8" flex head ratchet for warranty.

I did the same w/ about 8 items i got here and there and got mine within a couple weeks. Had to wait on 1 item on backorder, but received a letter in the mail giving an estimate shipping time and they were very precise and easy to deal with.

Bumping this for another great Mac experience......

I don't think VT even has a truck, so I send in all my stuff. Sent in a 1/4 drive flex for broken tooth and floppy head. Sent me a brand new one. Took a while, but when I called a week ago the guy explained one of thier machines was down so it took a little.

I have had a great experience with the Mac warranty. I had a pile of broken screwdrivers (maybe 6 or 7) that I had broken the tips on over the last 10 years and I sent them in for replacement and received new ones within a few weeks. Great customer service.
