I finally got to expand my attached garage!

I got approved to build a 32x40 onto my old garage. :rocker:

It is an attached 22x22. The new garage has 13ft ceiling, 12x 40 attic, 3 9ft garage doors, and a 6/12 pitch roof. The house has a 4/12 pitch roof and I know it towers over the house , but i really wanted an attic that i could stand up in. I hate crawling in an attic. I set the building up for a lift, but I max out my budget so i'll will have to wait a little longer. Here are some pics. There are more pics on other peoples camera that ill post when i get them.

This is a 2ft pipe that dumped rain water from the road into my back yard. I rerouted and extended the pipe to the property line. So I could level the land for the new garage.

Slimer that is exactly what I hope to do to my garage in the future only 35X40 . Looks great sofar. I agree though the pics could be bigger

That looks really great, your gonna have quite the workspace when it's done! Can't wait for more updates!

As others have said, bigger pictures on the next go around, your not doing your hard work justice with these little one's. Get a photobucket account and upload your images on there, then just copy the link into your thread, ta-da full size pictures. BTW photobucket is free!

ill take some i don't have any. I cut the roof/overhang off the old garage. Then busted the brick off the front off the garage and the right wall of the new garage sits on the old foundation were the brick was. I hope I explained that good. Ill post some pics.

Sorry i took so long to post pics of of the wall. The new wall sits were the brick sat on the old foundation and the new foundation has 4 inches of block on the inside of the garage. these pics are the inside and outside.
