I came across this older, not sure how old, torque wrench. It's made by TCI, torque controls inc. out of South El Monte, California. Model number D4600F. It's 48" long when the handle is put on and is 3/4" drive and the dial reads 0-600 foot pounds. This thing is pretty massive and not sure I would ever use it for anything I do!
I couldn't find much on google, seems like it's now called Utica and still made in the USA. The current model is DA-820F. Looks like cooper tools sells them, http://www.coopertools.com/catalog/pdffiles/utica/utica_cat.pdf page 22. Couldn't find much more about it.
Does anyone know if this is worth anything? I couldn't find what the new ones were selling for but the 600ft/lbs click type were selling for over 800 new. Since I don't think I will ever use this I might look at trying to sell it and get a nice 1/2" torque wrench that will be more usefull. Don't plan on torquing down any 600ft/lb bolts with a 4 ft bar anytime soon!
Here are a couple pics.
