Simply an awesome tool chest.

I bet even Norm was humbled, because I doubt he could build such a beautiful piece of work like that!

The Smithsonian had it on display at one time, may or may not be still in the Museum but I'm not sure. If you look closely you'll see the different signs of Freemasonry that he incorporated into his layout of certain tools and the design. I've studied this chest several years ago, the craftsmanship is astounding, certain materials used are even obsolete and illegal to posses now such as the Ivory that were once widely available to Piano makers a century ago. Simply amazing.

Did anyone happen to catch the show of Norm's version of this chest?

Hat off to Mr. Studley. That is an incredible tool chest on all levels. Makes me all warm inside to see that kind of beauty and craftsmanship.

Amazing, the level of Craftsmanship.

Puts an entire new level to the term; Craftsman.

Never seen the like before....makes me wonder how many years it took for him to build.

Love to just look through it, just to see how he built it. Not up to THAT standard, me-self.

I hate wood working and generally have no appreciation for wood boxes or wood working tools.

Now with that said, I think I would more than gladly learn to love wood working if I had those skills or that chest. :D
