Ernst website- craptastic!

Ok, I've spent hundreds of $ on plastic from Ernst with multiple orders and have been frustrated by their crappy website each time and finally gave up tonite. You'd think they'd have a functional website since it's not 1994. But evidently that's too much to be expected. when I use their "quick find" search for the following numbers they "don't exist" : 8402, 8315, 8311. Yet they're in their paper catalog. WTF??? ANd I've had this same issue before where the search doesn't find number and spent time searching manually thru their retarded menu system and found them but won't do it again.

Here's a tip: when your search doesn't recognize your own PN's SOMETHING IS WRONG. Is this not website design 001?

So, I ordered the same numbers from Summit w/o issue. Yeah, Ernst still gets the business, but cmon guys.

Their website *****. I just bought a whole bunch of socket rails and clips, etc. from 'cbmtools' on ebay. He is great to deal with, combines shipping (write to him and he'll tell you what to do) and his prices are lower than any other site when shipping is figured in. He's in Oregon so no tax, either.

I placed an order in early January, and waited till near the end of February....before they processed a refund. You are better off ordering from sources other than Ernst - that have actual Ernst products in stock. They make GREAT products...but need to get things (website, production, stock, etc.) in order.

I get Ernst from Summit. If I order direct from their site I usually have it in less than 24 hours on weekdays. If I want to pay by PayPal off of Ebay it comes in two business days.

Was gonna buy some from there site which is the worse I have seen and they wanted 12 bucks to ship a couple pieces of plastic! LAME!!!

Check out seller 'cbmtools' on ebay and see if his price+shipping is any better.

My Snap-On guy started carrying Ernst stuff a few months ago, at the same price listed on Ernst's website. I don't know if it's just him, just our region, or nationwide, but it's worth checking into.
