The thing I like most about a good garage post are the things on the walls. I want to see what people have, threads for pictures of new purchases, restoration of signs, history, etc.

I would think this would be a very popular subforum, as half the posts in any new gallery thread are "ooooh! Where did you get that awesome sign?!?"

Anyone else?

ok, I'll submit my sign, This is from the store I got my start at. The kid I trained ( the boss's son) has come a long ways and is now managing his new replacement store. I asked if he had anything Goodyear from the old store. He gave me the tin sign and kept the 4' tall wingfoot from the outside sign.

Yeah that Goodyear sign is a great example. I love authentic ones, especially when there's a story like that behind it.

I think that this sub forum would be a nice little addition. Part of hanging out in the garage is the cool stuff you hang on the walls. hell, Kiwi Kev could fill it on his own.

I've got bunches of it in my shop.

Great idea..I'd even moderate it if that would help.
