Recieved this today, and was exactly as described! Great, would even say like new condition! Snappy was a pleasure to deal with, fast shipping, promptly replied to my PM, and the ratchet was well packaged! It was both wrapped in foam padding, well secured with tape(I actually had to pull out a knife to get it off), and was in a padded envelope.
