CPO Outlets is doing 15% off (http://www.cpooutlets.com/) for President's Day weekend. This includes their Metabo store (cpometabo.com). Unlike Zoro, their prices are low enough that this is actually a deal, and while some brands have periodic deals such that this is no big deal, this is the best deal I've seen on Metabo (anybody seen better?).

Just becareful on buying Metabo cordless. Metabo makes great stuff, but some of their cordless are chinese and kinda ****. The KSA 18 LTX (Circular saw) comes to mind among a few others.

Yeah, I think they're moving away from that though - most of the newer stuff has been coming out of Germany, and their product manager pushes Made in Germany. My BS 18 LTX BL Quick (brushless drill driver) is made in Germany, STA 18 LTX 140 (jigsaw) is made in Germany, and the SSW 18 LTX 400 BL (brushless impact wrench) is made in Germany as well, all cordless, and all extremely good quality.

I have exactly all those tools too, and they're great. I also have the corded PSE 1200 (made in USA), appears to be a rebranded Porter Cable but its a great saw.

I do know their cordless reciprocating saw is chinese.

Ooh no tax for me too.

That cordless jigsaw is decent, I'm not sure why the barrel grip is $100 more than the D handle, but either way it's nice, made in Germany.

I have the corded jigsaw D handle. It works great but I would say that the reciprocating adjustment will often move on its own under vibration which is problematic, and it has no LED light which the barrel grip version does have. Would be really nice to have that light sometimes when dust is all over the place.

Oh, that's a bummer. I have the barrel grip and it's been pretty solid.

I clicked through some more stuff, seems like prices went up a few things when the sale hit...fishy fishy.

Really? Which things? The ones I had my eye on didn't move.
