1940's Vintage Companion Drill Press

I need to replace the splined drive pulley on the spindle on this antique. Can anyone tell me the name of a potential supplier for this pulley? I can not find any model number on the DP but it looks just like ones shown in a thread on this topic back in August 2011.

It would help if you could be a little more vague. Say I need a part for my late 90's 4 door car.
