1959 craftsman wall tool cabinet

My son found a 1959 craftsman wall tool cabinet. Its been painted white and we are trying to figure out what color it should be.
Any Ideias Which screw drivers were in use at that time. we are trying to locate period correct tools for it.

The screwdrivers will be all common, no Phillips according to my 1959 Craftsman hand tool catalog. They will have clear (usually yellowed by now) handles with a blue band and will say Vanadium on them.
