Hi:
I am a retired electrical engineer who happens to own a 2007 Ford Focus SES Wagon with a partial zero emission duratec engine. Question: when I removed the air filter box today for a visual inspection (intermittent rough idle prob.), I found that there is a connection tube located directly below the air filter quality indicator (or whatever it is called). I have nothing connected to mine. Does anyone know if there is something that should be connected?? Also, I am giving serious thought of converting the air induction sys to an aftermarket one such as a K&E sys. Any thoughts.
Thanks
Andy
