22x24 Addition

We started on the garage addition last fall and are getting ready to finish it now. It is 24 ft deep and 22 ft wide to match the existing garage. The original is 22x28. I designed a half attic to the east side and a full vaulted ceiling on the west side. That gives space for a lift on the west and 11x24 ft of storage on the east side.

The nephews and my sons got the garage sided this winter, just a little bit more and the outside is done. Slow going due to the back but progress is happening.

We are planning a 4 post lift in the open section as soon as the rest of the walls are lined and painted.

I had a couple of PMs about the I Beam and have seen another post about I Beams and lofts. I thought I would show the Beam install and how the upstairs loft was set up.
