24x12 shed.. need cooling advice.

Well.. bought the Mr. Cool 12,000 and installed it yesterday.. much better.. fans were a waste of money but all is good now..

You could also put a false roof on above the regular one. That would take a lot of heat off the roof inside. Its an addon but I've heard it works very well.
